This vanilla frappé is perfect for those who want a delicious, refreshing drink with minimal sugar and healthy-ish ingredients. Using 2% milk and just 2 teaspoons of sugar, this easy recipe is a great way to enjoy a sweet treat without the guilt. For an even richer flavour, a simple tip can transform it into something you'd find at your favourite café.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup 2% milk

  • 1 cup ice

  • 2 tsp sugar (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tbsp vanilla paste


Instructions:

  1. Combine the 2% milk, ice, sugar, and vanilla paste in a blender.

  2. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and frothy.

  3. Pour into a glass, serve immediately, and enjoy your homemade vanilla frappé!


Tip: For a more indulgent treat that closely resembles a popular café version, consider adding 2 tablespoons of vanilla syrup, 1/4 cup of heavy cream, and topping it with whipped cream.
