Ingredients:
Milk Chocolate Ganache
100g premium milk chocolate
75ml heavy cream
1 tsp unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Dark Chocolate Ganache
100g premium dark chocolate (70% cocoa)
100ml heavy cream
1 tsp unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
White Chocolate Ganache
100g premium white chocolate
50ml heavy cream
1 tsp unsalted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Prepare the Milk Chocolate Ganache:
Finely chop the milk chocolate and place it in a heatproof bowl.
In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer, but do not boil.
Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes to melt.
Add the butter and vanilla extract. Stir gently until the mixture is smooth and shiny.
Allow the ganache to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until it reaches a spreadable consistency.
