Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Milk Chocolate Ganache

  • 100g premium milk chocolate

  • 75ml heavy cream

  • 1 tsp unsalted butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  • Dark Chocolate Ganache

  • 100g premium dark chocolate (70% cocoa)

  • 100ml heavy cream

  • 1 tsp unsalted butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  • White Chocolate Ganache

  • 100g premium white chocolate

  • 50ml heavy cream

  • 1 tsp unsalted butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Milk Chocolate Ganache:

  • Finely chop the milk chocolate and place it in a heatproof bowl.

  • In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it begins to simmer, but do not boil.

  • Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate. Let it sit for 2-3 minutes to melt.

  • Add the butter and vanilla extract. Stir gently until the mixture is smooth and shiny.

  • Allow the ganache to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until it reaches a spreadable consistency.
