We want you to be happy with your Seaside Magnolia purchase. Please read our returns and refunds guidelines before placing your order.
1. Final Sale Items
The following items are non-refundable and final sale:

Sale or clearance items
2. Returns Eligibility
For eligible products:

Contact us at info@seasidemagnolia.ca within 5 days of delivery to request a return.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.
3. Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
4. Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing an order.

Once processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
5. Refund Process

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified of approval or denial of your refund.

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
