Shipping Policy

We take pride in carefully packaging and shipping every Seaside Magnolia order from our studio in Crofton, BC, Canada. Please review the details below before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

  • Most items are made to order and ship within 7–10 business days.

  • Custom orders may require additional time, depending on the design.

  • Orders are processed after full payment is received.

2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:

  • All provinces and territories within Canada

  • Select international destinations excluding the United States

Due to tariffs and trade restrictions, we cannot process or fulfill orders to U.S. addresses. Any order placed for U.S. delivery will be cancelled and refunded. By placing an order, you confirm you are not located in or shipping to the United States.

3. Delivery Estimates

  • Delivery times vary by location and carrier.

  • Shipping timelines do not include our processing time.

  • Tracking information will be provided when available.

4. Customs & Import Taxes
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply. Seaside Magnolia is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us at info@seasidemagnolia.ca within 5 days of delivery (or expected delivery for lost packages).

  • Please include photos of the packaging and product (if damaged).

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

6. Local Pickup
Local pickup in Crofton, BC may be available upon request. Please contact us before placing your order to arrange.
