From Garden to Jewelry: Handmade Blueberry Earrings Inspired by Summer Bounty

This season, our blueberry bushes have been bursting with fruit—and with them, came an unexpected spark of creativity.
Every morning, we’ve been picking fresh berries straight from the garden, and somewhere between the quiet moments and stained fingers, I felt the pull to create again. These blueberry earrings are the result: hand-sculpted from polymer clay, shaded with soft pastels, and carefully shaped using real berries as a guide.
But they’re more than just earrings.
They’re a small symbol of what it feels like to reconnect with yourself—through your hands, your ideas, and your surroundings. After some time spent navigating mental and physical burnout, I’m slowly finding my way back. Creating things that feel beautiful or meaningful in the moment has been helping me feel rooted again. Grounded. Present.
So while these earrings may be inspired by summer’s fruit, they also represent something deeper:
A return to myself through art.
