This weekend, our family unlocked a new favorite spot right here in Duncan—Wiffle Games. More than just a shop, it’s a retro arcade and collectibles haven that blends nostalgia with family fun.

Walking in, we were surrounded by shelves of comic books, vinyl records, and collectibles. Some were the very ones I grew up with, while others reminded me of treasures my dad had when I was little. It felt like stepping into a time capsule.
One of the highlights came when I mentioned the Atari console I played with my sisters growing up. At first, I didn’t see one on display, but the owner smiled and said he had one in the back. A few minutes later, he brought it out, and there it was—the exact kind of system that shaped so many of my childhood memories. We chatted about what those games meant back then, and how special it is to share them with our kids now. It wasn’t just about seeing an old console—it was about connecting over the memories it holds and the joy of passing them along.
