How to Put in Hair Sticks

If you’ve never used hair sticks before, don’t worry — they’re easier than they look. Here’s a simple way to start:

1. Put your hair in a twist or bun. Gather your hair as if you were making a ponytail, then twist it into a bun shape.

2. Hold the bun in place. Use one hand to keep the twist tight against your head.

3. Insert the stick. Push the hair stick through the edge of your bun, catch a little section of hair against your scalp, and weave it back through to the other side of the bun.
